Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Hello everyone..  How is your weekend going?

I am enjoying my long weekend…  We are out of town camping again.

Just trying to get out of the heat!   I have not been around because we have no

internet service up here in the mountain's. 

This week scavenger hunt was a lot of fun.  THANKS ASHLEY..

Here are my interpretation of this weeks words..  

Abstract

I just love the way these droplets of water looked on this spider web..

Stairs

This is one of my kitties favorite places to hang out.  Right at the top of the steps..

She can see everything from there..

I tried everything to get him to smile..

 But he just kept looking at me like I was crazy..

I just love this photo of Myles.. It makes me smile every time I look at it..

Macro

That is pretty sad when the only decent Macro shot I could get is this fly!!

Scavenger Hunt Sunday...

This has been such a nice weekend.
I got a lot done around the house. Had some FUN in my craft room.
Got to enjoy a couple of movies with my better-half.
Yep, I must say for me it has been an all around good weekend so far.

I am hoping and praying that most of the folks on the
East Coast can say they are safe and sound.   I am watching the news while
I am writing this and it looks like New York is shut down.
Such scary stuff going on!  My prayers go out to you!!!


I am back with Ashley's Scavenger Hunt.
Another tough week.  Is it me or are these prompts getting
tougher and tougher?  Oh well that's what makes it a good challenge.

On Wednesday the Hubby and I went out to a community
 called Lake Las Vegas.  One of the radio stations was having a promotion
called wine-down-wednesday.   Free Wine and appetizers.  I thought it would be the
perfect time to get my Night shot..  It is such a beautiful place..

Why is it every time I want to get a photo of my hubby
I get this cheesy smile..  Boy is he going to be mad when he finds out I put this
photo on line.  I say it serves him right.  What do you think!!

The minute I read this prompt I knew I would try to get a shot
of the sun wind chime I have with the sun shining through it..
And I do have to say the SUN has been brutal this week..
SO HOT!!!

I am finally getting around to playing

I really don't even know if these qualify as geometry But
that's the only thing I could come up with..
The first shot was taken at one of the hotels down on the Las Vegas strip.
That second shot is just a photo of a plant from my back yard,
And I played around with it in picnik, I think it looks kinda cool..

not quite right with him.

Maybe he is not to bright and flew right into a window

I know that is stretching it a bit..  but it's all I got..

I have to run..  We are camping out at the ocean

and I don't want to spend all day on the computer..

The waves are calling me.

This was a last minute thought.. I call my daughter who lives about 4 houses down and
asked her what she was up to..  and if she could walk down the street for me..
She said yes..  She so sweet..

This shot was taken out by my Mom and Dads place in Arizona.
I was so upset because I forgot to pack my camera..
Can you believe that..  Anyway... This shot was taken with my
Hubbies Android Cell Phone..  Not to bad..

Right when I snapped this shot the doorbell rang.. That is the only reason
she looks so alert.  She was just about to take a catnap...  Hee Hee...

Just one of those weeks.. Time just got away from me.
So here it is Sunday and I haven't even gotten around to getting  my photo's for
Scavenger Hunt.

I have to say when I am here at the ocean I just love to sit and listen
to the waves,  It can put me to sleep and take away all my problems..

my sweet kitty.  She getting so old but she is still such a lover..

I took this shot out in my garage.

The reflection is off the glass of my car window.

Seeing Double

My daughter Hubby is a crazy bike rider..

When he tells me how far they ride I really can't believe it.

Anyway I got this shot at one of his races. 

There are really three riders here.. And the one behind these two

riders is my SIL..  He is there you just can't see him..  So Sorry!!

I just love this shot just because it reminds me of when I was little and

always wanted my mom to take a photo of me doing a hand stand in the water..

Scavenger Hunt Sunday...

Hello my friends.. So I do hope your'e having a happy weekend.

I do have to say mine has been a little crazy this weekend.. 

But I am enjoying every minute..

So for this weeks hunt I have to say I had a hard time.

So as you will see I had to fudge on a couple of shots..
